Not Enough Internal Memory
Hi guys. Just want to ask if there's any way i can expand my internal memory? I have a Samsung Galaxy S GT-I9003 with 2gig internal memory and 16g external sd card but still not enough, my phone lags at some times and im having trouble typing because of this. I already tried installing memory boosters and got tired of killing running applications on the background..
Any ideas? I love all my applications they help a lot on my daily productivity and i dont want to delete any... i was hoping if i can go to some store and just have additional internal memory by opening up my phone, is that even possible??

It is not due to your storage memory but your RAM memory which is only 512Mb on that device, and unfortunately thee is nothing you can do about it.

Create a second partition on your SD card and move apps into new partition. You can use "mini-tool" for create partition. Use "link2SD" for completely move apps. But need root permission. This app move apps' apk, cache, dalivik-cache to SD second partition and create symbolic links to original locations. Its not slowdown apps start up.

I don't think is a question of space but a Memory which I pointed out before.

I'm with Rob on this. Unfortunately, low-end, older mid-range, and even old top-tier phones only had 512MB of RAM (or less) installed. While this was adequate at the time, or barely acceptable now, the Android world has moved on. If you use a lot of apps on your phone or are a heavy user, you really need to step up to a phone with 1GB of RAM.
Also, there are some practices that could lead to better performance -- remove any task killers, antivirus apps, or similar performance hogs that are totally unneeded, reboot at least once every day, things of this nature.
Hopefully something helps extend the longevity of your phone!
