Lost My Home Screen Shortcuts Since I Connected My Phone to TV

Hi
I have a Sony Ericsson Xperia mini pro which was upgraded to ICS about 5 days ago.
Today I connected my phone to TV in mass storage mode which didn't work.(and doesn't matter either.)
The problem is that now I have lost my application shortcuts on home screen and the app drawer is completely disordered.
It has lots of free space and pages with only 1 icon.!!
I know that when I connected it to the TV shortcuts of applications which were on SDCard were removed and after disconnecting it they came back but I don't expect it to be like this.
any workaround to atleast remove free spaces on drawer will be appreciated.
