Curated link is Amazon. Any other link that is not the android market or amazon etc. is a non curated link. Do not post a link to a pirated website etc.

For example if I want to post regarding an App for a cool site and cheats for games, Do I just post the link?

I totally agree with the post, however it is quite confusing. i think there are so many website that have good apps, why only amazon is accepted

I am not a developer and i highly support u, but wht about apps in beta stage... Developer has to spread it somehow to test it on different handset. If direct links are not supported, how will he ever make army of beta testers. (i am highly against sharing on profitable links such as uploaded.to, cracko, or other sites with survey or ads as file can be shared by simple hostings).
Also ur step is very appreciated in terms of publicity. Some developers just for publicity share their paid app and never respond the queries. If i ever passed through such post i will report it.

( IMO, there should be prefix in post that app is beta and that will help developers and readers/honest forum members)

We don't support third party or personal sites for apps due to the risk of malware, viruses, etc. Samsung, Amazon and the Play Store scan all new apps before allowing them on their site. We simply don't have the means to do that here, so the risk is not worth it. Once a developer gets his/her app onto a curated site, we'll be more than happy to support them.
