Hello, I am a new Viber user and I LOVE IT! It's a wonderful concept and even better it's free so I can keep in touch with my family overseas.
Two questions, please:
1. I have a tablet that I travel with and would LOVE to be able to use and sync my Viber messages on both. Any updates to that feature?
2. Also, I would love the ability to backup my viber messages; via email, cloud, whatever. Is this a future possibility?

1. We are planning to develop an option to use 1 Viber number on multiple devices. This will address the need you are describing, but unfortunately we still don't know just when it will be ready.
2. Same goes for importing/exporting message history - it is something we plan, but at the moment we have other, more urgent tasks to attend to.

I have Viber on my HTC Desire HD. Call quality varies between good to lousy. However this is a free app so one accepts this. I have a major problem though and that is, that only occasionally will my phone ring on incoming Viber calls. In the majority of instances, it does not ring but later advises that I have missed double the number of calls actually missed. I have uninstalled & re-installed Viber but the problem persists. For this reason, unless this can be rectified, Viber is worse than useless to me. I would really like to be able to continue using the app and would be grateful for any suggestions for rectifying this problem.
We are aware of problems with the incoming call notification, but we haven't gotten reports from users who almost never see that notification (it's usually rare).
At any rate - we have fixed some issues regarding incoming calls, and this fix will be included in our upcoming Viber 2.1.3 that should hopefully appear in Market within a week or so.
I would appreciate if you could try 2.1.3 out and let me know if it solve the problem or not. If it doesn't, we'll look into it further.
