    We want to make sure that version 2.1.3 works as expected, and all major bugs are resolved.
    Are you still experiencing the "No Notification" bug frequently?

    Yes, about 90% of incoming calls do not activate a notification sound. I only become aware of the missed calls once I look at the notification screen.

    This is strange (that it's actually 90%). It makes me suspect something with your network is wrong, or your C2DM service.
    Please report this bug to our support team here: SMRT ticket and be as specific as possible with the details you give.

    I will be waiting to hear a report from you once 2.1.3 is released, hopefully soon.

    I doubt that the problem is network related because a number of friends and family who I have introduced to Viber and who are on the same network have not experienced this problem. It appears to be only on my phone.

    Thanks for the info.
    As I suggested, use the link I gave you and report the problem in detail. Hopefully 2.1.3 will solve this problem.

    Hi, before new viber is out on market, i must say that i also have BIG problems with notifications, same as Rono
    I try a lot of things, spent days in changing settings for 3g, but nothing work out, in 90% I and my sister and my friend dont receive notification
    when someone is calling my or when i am calling them.
    I Have LG 2x (gingerbread) my sister has LG gt540( 2.1 android) , and my friend has LG one p500 ( 2.2 android)
    All phones have stock firmwares.
    I really like Viber because it does not drain my battery, skype eat 7% per hour!!!!!
    I should add that i never exit Viber, he was always running in the background (i did not use C2DM)
    Today i was testing 2g,3g and wifi and the problem happended when i use 3g net(HSDPA)

    About the problems with notifications - please note that Viber relies on C2DM for some of its functionality.
    This may be the source of the problem. At any rate, I recommend you to contact our support team at this link: SMRT ticket and elaborate on the problem. They will try to find the source of the issue.

    @beano44 -
    This depends on the monthly plan you signed with your cell provider. On Vodafone, for example, the user is obliged to purchase an extra plan that includes VoIP (and pay more) if they want to use VoIP on Vodafone's 3G network.
    Anyway - I think your best shot is to contact the providers themselves, or find info in various forums online.

    For pinoyden
    I still have problems with viber on 3g and on 2g net.
    When i use 2g net(EDGE) it works when i have both phones in my hands and
    calling each other, but when i try to call my sister tomorrow
    on my phone i see ringing but her phone don't ring.
    On wifi it works good but i have to text her to turn wifi on.
    I hope new Viber who is coming in january will fix this problems.
