I use an S3 and when I try to export the viber messages history of a particular conversation, I only get a limited number of messages that are exported. In fact when I scroll up and look at messages on the phone, there is only around 1 week's worth of messages and it is just this that gets exported. What happened to all the messages before this period of time? I have not reset my phone or deleted the app or anything of that sort for at least 6 months.
In fact I've tried it on two different dates and each time the history of messages stored seems to be of limited amount. It is either not storing messages beyond a set number of days or it has a set number of messages that can be stored.
I used to have the iphone earlier and viber on this used to store all messages right from the start. Could you please let me know how I can retrieve all messages history on viber.

Is it possible that the Viber folder that is located on the sd card
sdcard / Viber / media / .thumbnails
contains images that are not sent or received via Viber?
And they are not manually moved or copied inside.
