Welcome to the site. Haven't come across this yet. I've used a site to get free books for my Kindle app, but I found when I went directly to the Amazon site, "free" doesn't seem to be an option. I can understand why, but it certainly is inconvenient for those who want something other than the general titles that are offered free. I think your idea is a good one for a useful app.
What exactly are you looking for? Google Play shows the price and let's you uninstall it at the same place. But it doesn't show monthly fees, those are in-app.
(Sorry if I misunderstand, been quite tired and mah head ain't working right :D)
