Hi,
I'm trying to find out if it's possible to use non Overdrive audiobooks in the Overdrive app and how it can be done. The original source is a collection of audiobook CDs that I ripped to MP3.
Thanks.

I would assume that Overdrive has a folder on your SD card or internal storage, depending on the phone you have. Probably if you load the MP3 into said folder (or subfolder if there's one for audio files) the program will pick it up. If not there may be a trick somewhere or it may be impossible. Have you tried just loading the files up like that?

Yes, I tried loading the files in the folder. I made sure to check out an audiobook through the app first to check where it uses the files and naming conventions. Still didn't work.
I was hoping someone might know something I don't... maybe specific encoding or tag settings.
