    Post Is There An App to Block Internet Access for Some Applications?

    I am paying for data per mb means that usage of a single KB of data costs me. when i open a website using opera mini some other application starts running and eating my data. i have disabled sync , i have disabled background data. but still some applications use my data. i want some application to restrict system and user installed application from accessing data except opera mini.
