No, I don't believe you can send apps from one android phone to another - let alone retain your game scores. But that's just my opinion. Hang on and see what some of the others have to say on the subject.
Welcome to the forum! No, you can't send apps from one phone to another. They will have to be downloaded separately by the other phone. If that were possible, developers would lose a lot of money from people sharing apps with each other.

why don't download it again? android apps usually is not in big size
Some apps can be transferred to an SD card and reinstalled to another phone. However, some phones don't allow you to transfer to the SD card, and I'm not sure whether or not any saved settings or game scores would also transfer.
You can use a backup tool like MyBackup on one phone, then restore it on the other (after installing the app).
I want to stress this is not to steal apps, but to migrate apps from an old phone to a newer one.
