I read about this about over at gizmodo I believe so I DLed it and it is very good. It has ringtons and wallpapers. All free. Small ads on top but nothing crazy. simple to use. Dummy-proof

Have you tried Ringdroid for making ringtones? That app works great.

What exactly does Zedge do?

It's pretty much just for searching and downloading ringtones and wallpapers. No editing. I will give ringdroid a shot

Zedge.net is an good site to get ringtones and even creat your "own" . the only thing i dislike is the copy cat members renaming the tones so you may hear the same ringtone over and over again while searching but you catch on to it after awhile.
i am going now to check out ringdroid.
