I'm afraid this might be a hardware problem. You can't hear any sound drom the speaker at all? Did something happen since this problem occured? And how long is it so?

I can't hear anything, I have updated my firmware, done hard reset but nothings happened

Are you beyond the return period? If not, I would replace the device with one that works or otherwise take it in for repair/replacement.

Wired Headphone Routing Fix


There is an issue with a lot of Android devices where the OS thinks the headphone is being plugged in and unplugged on its own.
