Downloading Music from Dat Piff App

first time I tried downloading a mixtape from the dat piff app my droid razr downloaded the tracks but will not play when selected in the stock music player on my razr? what to do from here is it the stock player?

Does your stock player finds them? Can you see the tracks within your stock player? Also, what extension do the tracks have?

You might have to convert them to something your phone is able to see/play.

yes the stock player does recognize the album with all the tracks liste. when you press on any track they dont play and it just cycles through every song in the album trying to find one to play.

Happened to me once. A simple reset fixed it. If that won't help, tell me if other sounds are working. Notification sounds, alarm, calling and media other than music, like games.
