I would be interested as well. I just love the camera on my Samsung Captivate but am learning to use it via the "trial and error" method.

Thanks, guys. I'll be working on it. If it's not done this Friday, it should be up by Monday.

If I've replied to the thread after you ask a question, assume it will be answered. (Got them all so far!)

EDIT: It'll also have some photography tips, just as a side effect of how to work a camera!

I definitely require bright sun light for a clear picture. The flash doesn't seem to help stop the grainy appearance. I'm not sure if adjusting the iso or exposure will help. My wife's iPhunk takes great pictures and fast. Other than that I think the X smokes the phunk. I blame my own ignorance for the poor performing camera.

I'm trying to research the iPhone's camera. One of the difficulties I'm having is that there are so many android devices. Droids have great cameras, but they're terribly finicky. HTC seems a little more hit or miss to me, some are rather striking, others are lackluster. My goal is to try out as many different generational iPhone cameras and then do what I can with the information I have about android cameras and software. I'm thinking that it's the glass in front of the sensor for iPhone, that and the software.

I can promise you this, though: your pictures will look better...Vignette not required (or even covered!).

My signature now has links to a couple of my sites. They're in need of updates, but they're there. If you're interested in my photography, check it out.

Thanks, ilung. I'm about 6 pages into it. I've gotten the technology covered. Now I'm working on how to fix common problems that arise and examples to go along with them.
