Most apps I've found only improve my startup by killing apps when they start up. This is highly unacceptable because it actually makes startup longer! I need some way to prevent useless services from taking up so much of my valuable start up time. Please help.

Download auto starts from the market. I think thays what its market name is. There are a few similar apps that help streamline booting.
