    Oh I meant there are a lot of conversion software programs. Your files are too large. Need to convert for mobile and I would keep the size under 5mb

    i tried to convert but the video quality drops though. hmm, i guess this is unevitable ?

    Use the one Droid xer suggested. It works and video quality has no loss.

    it seems that if my video fps is over 15fps, it lags. so for now, i managed to reduce my video fps to 15fps and below, no more lags, though video quality dropped a little.

    now comes this part -- there are so many video format, which should i choose ? flv, avi, mpeg-4 ?

    for now i chosen flv. bit rate 781 kbps, 15fps, 640 x 480. good enough i suppose ?

    It's up to you if you think it's good enough. Remember though that your taking a recorded video that was converted by someone and it's placed on the internet, then your downloading it and converting it again to match your phone screen size, fps, and processor speed. Therefore you lose quality. So, if you want better quality convert your own DVDs that way your eliminating some of the reduction in quality. As far as format see what plays best on your phone.
