    Task killer

Is the "stop running apps" in the app drawer in "Go Launcher" the same thing as a "task killer"? Dumb and pointless question I know. I'm just tying up lose ends. I'm about done asking basic questions. I don't know where to go next as 90% of these forums are either about new stuff coming out (can't afford anything new) or high-tech questions (namely root, cpu, emulators, custom roms, gingerbreak, overclock, kernels, etc) that I know nothing about. I'm running out of things to talk about (nothing in common).

don't worry, things are changing so fast in the Android platform, you will have something to talk about soon. So don't go away, you will have something to talk about soon. The more threads you read the more ideas will surface to talk about.

Essentially, yes a very basic task killer. Shouldn't be used at all though to be honest. Android manages its memory very well and will kill things on its own when it can't fit a new program in memory.
