SAMSUNG GALAXY NEXUS - ITUNES (New User, First Thread :)
Hi all,
I just got the new android 4.0 ice-cream sandwich on a Samsung Galaxy Nexus and I am having trouble installing an itunes sync on it.
I've tried double sync, easy sync and all the other usual suspects but I get stumped when asked to find my USB (which I think I have done). I just dont know if these apps Im using are compatibel with 4.0 as they all seem to be geared up for 2.3
I use itunes a lot and I am so used to it I have considered sending my Samsung back for an iphone which I am reluctant to do, I know there must be a way to do this so would appreciate if anyone out there could help.
I look forward to hearing from you
Cheers
Rob

Howdy Rob, and welcome to the forum!
Did you mean 'DoubleTwist'? Supposedly the authors have fixed a ICS crash, so I would assume it works on ICS:

Let us know where the issue begins, any error messages, etc.

Short answer ....because its the right thing to do. While I like "free stuff" as much as the next guy, I do think musicians should be compensated for their work. I know I personally wouldn't want to work for free.
While I can't say I've paid for every song I've downloaded, I do think its important that people support the artists/musicians they enjoy listening to.
(Great topic of debate Titan!)

Understood. Amazon does make some money off me for mp3's that are hard to find anywhere else. It's just so hard to pay for a song when it's right there for free though. I try to resist temptation, but I am weak.
Also, most of the songs I have in my library I have already paid for once (my vast cd collection).
But in the end, I suppose you are right...

Yeah, I think those of us that used Napster back in the day got spoiled with all the free music that was available through that service.

And the parenthesis in my post means I was thinking it, not talking to anybody.

Lets keep it civil guys. (It was a harmless assumption)
FWIW, I assumed that as well. Most people that use itunes, purchase their music through them as well, not just use them for storage/playlists/etc.
Good luck finding a fix though, hopefully someone can offer an alternative solution for you.
