Internal Memory Usage increased suddenly. How to delete unwanted files ?

    Hi,

I have Samsung galaxy ace GT5830. I had 110 MB used space out of 181 MB. However, after some few days I found that the internal memory usage is 146 MB.
I didn't install any additional apps.

What could have caused it ? I have cleared all the cache.
What more can I do to create space in internal memory ? Is there any tool which can effectively clear unwanted files from the internal memory ?

    Thanx in Adv

Some apps "grow" after use due to data being stored on them. To save space, uninstall any apps you can live without, there are a lot of apps on the market to help free up memory,I use super toolbox free which has memory, battery, and task manager plus app to SD, keeps things simple by putting all those phone settings in one place.

I use app killer after exiting apps also you can try and clear the data from the internet browser that helps a little and I use an uninstaller app to delete apps

All you need is just power cycle your phone by removing the battery. The task killer is a resource hog and useless unless an app is malfunctioning and you cannot remove it any other way.

Factory reset will fix it if you are getting incorrect info as far as available memory, if you just need more space, move any apps that will move to your external SD. (settings>applications>manage applications>move to sd)

Thats because everytime you use an app it uses some of the RAM which is that 181 MB. It will always fluctuate no matter what, so not much you can do really. Unless your phone starts malfunctioning. If you are unsettled by this then you may want a phone with more memory.

Need to use an app to totally un-install apps. The standard one does not remove the extra leftover files.
