colourful lines on my phone

Hey i have a motorola triumph and after 2 months, i noticed a red line on the right side of the sreen. I read related stuff about this but other people say that it fades away. On my phone the lines are permenant. Now i have over 20 lines and they are colourful and they are very close to eachother. They are all on the right side. Can you guys tell me how to get rid of the lines
