Need to Unroot My Phone

Hi all,
I have a rooted Samsung Galaxy Gio which I rooted for a month ago, and now I need to unroot it in order to send it to Samsung to control why its navigation is not working. I have searched this forum and Google and there are many ways to unroot it but I am not sure how safe they are.
Can you show me a painless way to unroot the phone?
