There's no way to access ram. The 300 or so mb you have available for user apps is all you have to play with. You can flash a ROM which adds better ram management through sysctrl tweaks and other optimizations. I use the app Prop Modder to also tweak my settings some more.

I see, do you know, can I flash the ROM without a PC and without ROM Manager or Mobile Odin?
Also, do you know why do I have only about 300MB? I'd say the system uses it, but the system also takes over a third of that 300MB I have. How come?

You would flash a ROM in clockwork recovery. You should be able to install clockwork using ROM Manager. If your device us 512 then usually about 200mb go to the OS and the rest is used for user apps and other processes. Like I said prior, you can use Prop Modder to increase max events and startup tweaks to help things run a bit smoother.

Any way to do it without ROM Manager? (Don't ask, long story)

It's not polite to steal other people's threads.
By blocked calls, you mean they're auto-rejecting? Go to Settings, then Call settings, All calls, auto-reject and disable it there. If it's not the case, create a new thread with more information about it. I or someone else will further assist you then.

I've stumbled upon this old thread and decided to tell about my experience.
After a while of learning, I've learned that actually, you CAN inscrease your RAM. All you need is root, a specified kernel and some tweaks. Originally, I had a bit over 300 MB RAM for my ROM out of 512 MB. With a fine kernel and a thing called bigmem, I managed to take 403 MB from my phone. (The system doesn't need much to operate) However, like overclocking, you risk your phone's health doing so.
This was the thing I was talking about in the first place, I just didn't know how to do it back then.
Even my oldie Galaxy S Plus managed to be perfectly smooth, no matter how hard it is working. Even latest HD games such as NOVA 3, The Dark Knight Rises, Asphalt 7 etc. work flawlessly.
