I have an HTC EVO 3D. Is there an app or service that I can use to back up application settings and then import those settings when i get a new device? For example: can I back up my Angry Birds results and then import them onto a new device so I don't lose any of my progress?

Interesting question - I'm not sure of the answer. My guess (and I'm not a technician) is the answer is no. We'll have to wait for more knowledgeable people to chime in.
