Hi,

Thanks

It's not a question of unlocking the phone, it's an issue of how it was constructed. The Note is a GSM device, designed to run on GSM phone systems (the majority of the world uses GSM), like AT&T and T-Mobile have in the U.S. and utilize a sim card, which contains the information to run on the network. OTOH, Verizon is a CDMA Network and uses entirely different technology for it's network. See the link below for more details.
GSM Vs CDMA
I'm not a technician, but I seriously doubt that you can take a phone built for a GSM network and run it on Verizon. Sorry!![]()
I agree, the first thing you have to look at is if it is compatible.

Just for kicks I put my Sim card from my Droid Charge (Verizon) into my Samsung Note and got the message: Enter Network Lock Control Key then I have 2 choices: unlock or dismiss
(Shrug) As I said, I'm not a tech. Go ahead and try entering an unlock code. You can get them online from a number of companies.

ya,it's possible. You can unlock your Samsung Galaxy Note using unlock code. You can get unlock code from your service provider or else try to buy a unlock code from online unlocking service provider. If you need unlock code visit Classicunlocking.com Here you can get your unlock code with simple unlock instructions via e-mail.So you can easily unlock your mobile within a day.
If I were you, I'd first make sure that the phone will work on Verizon's CDMA setup, before spending any more money on it. If you have a GSM phone, there is no way to get it to run on as a CDMA device.
