Options for Deleted APN with No Backup, Please Help!

Recently accidentally totally wiped my SD with all my backups before flashing CM9- didn't realize until got the refractory no connectivity and went to flash a different mod and it (and everything else on my SD) was gone. No backups on my computer either. Is there any option other than reversing my root and taking my phone back to the sprint store to recover my APN or generate a new one? Have an EVO 4G and have been searching the internet like mad but these sorts of questions are generally either unanswered or followed by "oh, I figured it out, I just restored my phone back to xyz". Help/advice is much appreciated.

Have you done a search for just the Sprint APN information? If so, please continue to search while we try to get someone who knows what to do to take a look here as soon as possible.

ICS blocked the ability for 3rd party apps to edit APN so in order to do it you have to manually edit them in the ROM zip prior to flashing at least that's the only way I've been able to figure out so far since there's no epst for ics yet. You will have to recompile an apk nod it and recompile it and replace it in the rom zip. Another option is to use gosmspro it will allow u to change apn without changing it in the rom so it bypasses the stock settings which is a lot easier for people who aren't familiar with reading and editing code. "APN settings shortcut" links you right to the systems APN menu its not a 3rd party app or a widget so try that and let me know if it works please.
