Can't Download MMS on My Samsung Galaxy Ace

Please help. Someone sent me a MMS and when I press "Download", it says "Downloading" and it doesn't stop. I can leave it so 2 days and it downloads, and downloads, and downloads...

I found this while googleing for the same problem for my girlfriends Samsung Galaxy S3:

"Go to messages>settings>mms settings>make sure that the auto retrieve is ticked and also the roaming auto-retrieve is unticked."

I havent tried it out yet, since shes at work now. So I dont know if it will work. but it is something.

I tried out one of the replies in the link and it worked.

"To get the mms to download go to: -Settings -More Settings -Mobile networks -Ensure the `Use packet data` has a tick."
