Android.net is the premier Android Forum on the internet.
My Phone explorer windows computer application can do it.

Looking at all the Forums there seem to be Kies, CompanionLink and Google. Fact is they are all bad solutions because they either work badly (I have tried), and/or you pay for them, or you want to use your company domain email address which jou had for years. I just bought the S3 but I must get another phone by December. At this stage it seems the only solution to full calendar and contacts synchronisation is not to use Android. This is very sad, because Android, in my opinion, beats the rest of the options hands down. My question to Samsung, Andriod, etc. is: is there a solution on the way, or do I have to consider other phones?
Have you folks tried the option of exporting your contacts from Outlook to your Google account as a comma delimited text file then, in Google, dumping the duplicates? It is a bit cumbersome and you have to have an account at GMail but it works for me.
