HTC Problem *SHUTDOWNS
Hey guys, I have had my HTC Inspire 4G for about a year now. This phone has constant problems, but lately I've been having some big ones.
One being if I take a picture with ANY camera application, 66% of the time it seems, my phone completely shuts off.
I have also, for about a week now, been experiencing RANDOM shut downs, as if someone just pulls the battery right out (but they don't, of course). These shut downs occur about 6 times within 20 minutes about once a day. It's very annoying.
I have been through 2 HTC Inspires, both being manufacturers defects.
Basically, my question is, can I get AT&T to trade out my HTC Inspire for another phone of equal value, being as I have has WAY to many problems with the device, regardless of the fact that the phone is still 100% new.
PS. I have tried factory reset. Several times.
