HTC Incredible S Recovery

i tried to update my incredible s to ICS but it is stuck on htc logo on a white screen. i even tried to recover the phone and even factory reset the phone but i failed. in factory reset an update status is seen but again it is stuck on htc logo. while in recovery the phone shows an error through an exclamation mark and just gets stuck there.


ps- i s-offed my phone through revolutionary and was running ehab vivo 2.3 3.5. later it was sent to a unauthorised service centre who put the phone back on htc sense 3.0 and android 2.2. it tried to update it through ots. it even downloaded the ics and later it faced the above proble,. pls help
