Welcome to the forum! Sorry I don't use navigation on my S3 so I can't really answer your question. If you can't get an answer here try asking over on our sister site S3forums.com and see if anyone can help you out over there. Let them know which version you have (Intl or US) and which carrier.

You may be able to download the voice narrations in different languages, dialects, and accents through the Play Store.
