I have a new Telus Samsung SGH I747M (Android 4.0.4) phone and cannot access my home wireless network. Wireless is on and I can input my WPA key and the WiFi settings show connected but there is no WiFI bar at the top and no inter net access....any help would be great

close the wifi option and open it again to see if it will work. if not, you can Restore factory settings
Restore factory settings. The WPA key are case-sensitive, so make sure you correctly enter the key.
If you are able to input WPA key then you are connected to Wi-Fi network. I think after getting connected it disconnects. Use any cache cleaner apps to clean the cache memory and try to connect. If it doesn’t work, try factory reset. There are lots of Wi-Fi apps available in play store. Use of one of them and see if it works.
