My Galaxy Note was just fine before I updated the firmware
I only did it because it was a FIRMWARE update
and I thought it was Required to fix bugs or problems
But it has Altered my E-mail app so it is more difficult to change folers
It has added additional apps without my knowledge that I did NOT want and can NOT remove
and the S-Planner had events set for Every TWO weeks
now it is not possible to set events for every two weeks
so in my opinion they have taken big steps backwards
Whoever is responsible for these changes is mentally retarded

though I am not sure this entire forum has enough people using it

That's so awful but why not try to go to service center and ask help from them about that.
