    Yep, got mine about 3 weeks ago on the AT&T network.

    I just went to the area in Settings where you check for updates, clicked on it and it downloaded the upgrade and installed it.

    I checked the setting(check for updates) but can't connect to the service.
    Is it because it's been unblocked?
