Can I Delete Anything Called "Cache"?

Hi,

I'm trying to free up as much space as possible on my SD card, and I wonder if anyone can answer me this.

Is it safe to delete anything that's called cache? I use a cache cleaner app, and also clear cache from app manager in Settings, but when i check my Disk Usage app, a lot of "cache" remains! Or at least that's what it appears to be. (See screenshot)



I'm not desperate for more space, but want to save as much as possible. Thanks.

I also clear apps cache using recovery, but Link2SD show there're more cache. I think its normal.

I delete cache all the time. Makes the phone and tablet run smooth
