I would like to downgrade my xperia P back to GB.
I found many guides how to do it but always to different makes and models.
Could anyone please help me how to do it?
Is it worth doing it or better stay with ICS? (I had GB for two days and ICS for one hour and somehow I don't like it)

Not really. Probably not ever.
Stick with ICS for at least two days before giving up on it. It's a tremendous upgrade.

I agree with the above post. Going backward is a REALLY bad move on your part. Stay with ICS.
that may be silly question... but why? too risky?
