Brief Description of Role:
Your role will be to provide expertise of Android application development based on a set of business requirements, UI wireframes, and software requirements specification (SRS) to create a fully function and robust application quickly and effectively.

You will be leading a small team of Android developers, taking the direction from Mobile Architect and translate it into practice, provide guidance to the team on coding standard and code reviews. You will manage a day-to-day software development life cycle of the team to ensure the delivery of the project is on time and of high quality, while continue to keep the business and management informed on the progress along the way.

In addition to Android development, you will have the opportunity to work and gain technical knowledge on a span of technologies, including .NET, java, web/application servers, XML, web services, as well as other new and evolving technologies in Client's technology enterprise.

- Experience creating compelling, feature rich and highly scaled native Android applications.
- 5+ years Java experience with strong focuses in Object-Oriented application design
- Hands on experience consuming JSON and XML Restful Web Services Asynchronously and Synchronously.
- Having publish a few Android apps in the app store and can provide example of source codes is a strong plus.
- Ability to quickly master new technologies w/ creative problem solving skills
- Knowledge with financial business is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with iPhone and other touch based mobile device development is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadline.
- Strong leadership skill with experience on small- to medium-sized teams.
- Work well in a multi-location environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
