HTC just announced the official launch date of their Developer Edition 64GB version of the HTC One. April 19th is the date and the price will be $649.99. Here's a quote with the full details,

An HTC spokesperson said, “The HTC One developer edition will be available for pre-order in the coming days through HTC and will be available for sale starting on April 19th.”

The HTC One Developer Edition will support all the 2G/3G/4G/LTE bands of AT&T, but it should also work on T-Mobile. When it comes to HSPA+ the device supports 850/1900/2100 MHz.
