    Nationwide Availability for the HTC One Starts Today in the US


    The nationwide availability for HTC's hot new flagship the HTC One just started today (April 19th, 2013) at several retail outlets. Here's the full press release,

    Today, the new HTC One is available online and in retail stores nationwide at AT&T, Sprint, Best Buy, Radio Shack, Walmart, Target, Amazon.com, Costco, Car Toys, Sam’s Club, HSN.com, and HTC.com.

    The highly anticipated and award-winning HTC One strives to reinvent the mobile experience with its full-metal, zero-gap unibody design; a re-imagined home screen with HTC BlinkFeed; a breakthrough camera that shoots hi-res images that come to life with HTC Zoe; and is the first phone with dual front-facing stereo speakers with HTC BoomSound.

    Tonight, HTC is celebrating the arrival of the new HTC One with exclusive concerts produced by Live Nation with performances by Pharrell in New York and Grouplove in Chicago. The audience will be limited to 1,000 fans, creating an intimate, once-in-a-lifetime experience for attendees. Next Thursday, an additional performance will take place in Los Angeles featuring Manchester Orchestra.

    Additionally, HTC recently launched its U.S. marketing campaign designed to communicate the innovative experiences of the critically acclaimed smartphone including HTC BoomSound and the HTC One Live Experience Tour.

    The new HTC One in silver is available nationwide at:

    AT&T: Online and in retail with 32GB of memory for $199.99, or online with 64GB of memory for $299.99 with a two-year commitment.
    Sprint: Online and in retail with 32GB of memory for $199.99 with a two-year commitment.
    Best Buy, Radio Shack, Walmart, Target, Amazon.com, Costco, Car Toys, Sam’s Club, HSN.com and HTC.com.
    Coming soon to T-Mobile in silver with 32GB of memory, and available in the coming weeks in black at AT&T and Sprint with 32GB of memory.

    Question is, will it be enough to bring HTC back from the dead?
    The only real feature I'm impressed with is the dual front facing speakers. Other than that, I'd probably wait on the S4, if I were in the market for a new phone.
    Just my 2 cents.

    They're not dead, just... Dead-ish! :D I think it'll keep the life support running but I personally doubt it will be enough to bring them to their feet.
