It's a really exciting idea that Sony will continue to make their flagship devices water proof/resistant. As expensive as these devices are, and as often as we potentially take them out in wet weather conditions, it makes you wonder why all of the manufacturers aren't doing it. Sony is showing they are continuing this trend with their new Sony Honami phablet. They just this morning tweeted a new teaser for the device and said, "about to make a splash." The tweet comes along with a pic of a Sony Honami getting doused with a large splash of liquid... see what they did there with that not-so-subtle innuendo?

Regardless, it's an intriguing device. It certainly would be nice if Sony would get some contracts with all of the four major U.S. carriers...
