AT&T Announces the Aria's Getting FroYo Tomorrow!
AT&T announced via Facebook today that the Aria is not only getting some yummy FroYo goodness, it's getting it starting tomorrow!

What does that mean to you? Well, if you haven't been paying attention for the last several months while other phones have been updated to Android 2.2, you're in for a treat. The JIT (Just In Time) compiler will nearly double CPU performance and FroYo's new memory management system should help out with some of your woes. Not to mention what this means for games and various other FroYo-only apps. AT&T wants users to hit up their Facebook page (click the picture above to be taken to this specific announcement and, as a result, their account) tomorrow for download instructions.
So, are you stoked about the upgrade your phones are about to get?

Being rooted and running custom rom I haven't even kept up or expected it to ever get 2.2. If only it could be the new version on sense that would rock. Glad to see this fireball wasn't ignored

Yesterday AT&T and Samsung upgraded their customers to v.2.2, not the anticipated 2.2.1. Many of the functions that needed fixing are still hampered. I hope that 2.21 will not take as long (8 months) to release. By then, the rest of the world will no doubt be enjoying v3.0

In 8 months every TABLET will be running 3.0, but the phones will have 2.4 -- some of them, at any rate.
