Sprint Upgrading Android Arsenal: Evo Tablet, Evo 3D, and more

Sprint has been working hard to surpass the competition on the Android front, with the latest development pointing at this goal being a possibility. America's first 4G network is planning to have an announcement this coming week about something Android based, even more, our favorite boy genius has a big leak for us. To start of the leak train, the Evo 3D we have been hearing a lot about will have a 4.3-inch qHD 960 x 450-pixel Autostereoscopic 3D display, 4GB of RAM, 1GB ROM, 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm 8660 Snapdragon CPU, dual rear 5-megapixel cameras (3D videos & pictures) with dedicated camera button, 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, and 1730mAh battery. The device will have Android Gingerbread 2.3 with HTC Sense UI and it will also output 1080p video via HDMI and output 720p 3D content as well. HTC is pre-loading a blockbuster application on the phone Blockbuster 3D on demand, and itíll come alongside the new YouTube 3D.

The other leaked information includes an HTC Flyer like device will be launched on Sprint soon with specs as followed:
    7-inch device with a 1024 x 600-pixel capacitive
    Aluminum unibody design
    5-megapixel rear-facing camera
    1.3-megapixel front-facing camera
    Android 2.3 Gingerbread
    4000mAh battery
    DLNA and HDMI-out support.
The Xoom will be launched alongside the Flyer, with similar specs as the Verizon counterpart we reviewed earlier this month. The deference that was stated is the radio changes from Verizon 3G/4G to Sprint WiMax 4G.

BGR was on a roll last night, and itís pretty interesting to see to all the changes Sprint is going through. Who's excited about all these developments?
