Sprint Evo 3D Announced And Compared To Evo4G
CTIA took off very well today with Sprint announcing the new Evo3D, and now our buddies over at Engadget pinned the old Evo with the new for our amusement. Engadget reported that the Evo3D felt lighter, but when looking at the specs, it was the exact same weight. The thickness has not been changed, but HTC included more features to the already feature packed device. Not mentioned in the article is that updated processor that’s clocked at 1.2GHz running the latest dual core Snapdragon chip is apparently a big step up from the already impressive first generation 1GHz snapdragon processor launched last year. HTC kept the details of the new device very minimal, but maybe Sprint will make it a tradition to launch all their variants of Evo’s on the same June 4th date. Whatever Sprint decides to with this new device, we can now relax knowing that HTC is keeping this device very well updated.

I love the Evo, but I also know I'll never use 3D features that much.
