Android 2.3.2 and the latest version of HTC Sense (that'd be Version 3.0, the same one we saw unveiled at Mobile World Congress).

Talk about a weird battery cover! It does look pretty beast though.

1.2GHz dual core with Adreno 220. Smells good.
