HTC Sensation Debuts for T-Mobile with Colorful Marketing Video

We just posted the full press release of the HTC Sensation 4G for T-Mobile, and here is a feature breakdown and a cool video to whet your appetite!
    • 4.3" SLCD qHD display
    • 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor
    • 8MP rear camera (1080p video capture), 1.2MP front camera
    • Dual LED flash
    • 1520maH battery
    • 768MB RAM,
    • HTC Sense 3.0 (newest version of Sense UI)
    • Android 2.3 Gingerbread (unconfirmed but highly likely according to 'rumint')

This is a saucy looking phone. We have also heard one interesting thing about the device that it is our duty to share. Supposedly, even though the phone comes with a 4GB ROM, only 1GB of it is actually usable. The rest is taken up by the Android OS and the newest HTC Sense UI. It's still very impressive nonetheless. What do you guys think?

4GB of ROM = about 3.7GB of formatted capacity.

If Android and Sense take up more than one GB, HTC is doing something wrong. That's a little excessive. My Captivate has 2GB of ROM, of which 1.85GB is actual formatted capacity. With Android and everything installed I still have 1.73GB available.

Seems to me that if those numbers are true, they need to put Sense on a SERIOUS diet.
