Last night Samsung had a little press event re-announcing their new Infuse 4G for AT&T, and it looks to be a good mid-grade alternative to the expensive dual-core phones coming later. The phone is ultra-thin, which seems to be the trend these days. The most noteworthy feature of the phone is that it bumps up the screen size to 4.5". That makes the phone pretty huge, which may both attract some and turn-off others. Here are some specs below for the new device, and a hands-on video above.
  • 4.5 inch Super AMOLED plus screen at 480x800
  • 1.2 GHz Hummingbird processor (single-core)
  • Android version 2.2 Froyo
  • 8 MP rear camera with 720p video recording and full HDMI playback
  • 1.3 MP front-facing camera

What do you think of this phone? Would you carry something this ginormous in your pocket?
