[Rumor] Android Honeycomb 3.2; Support for 7-Inch Tablets, Bug Fixes, & More
Yesterday, we shared a story regarding the new Huawei 7-Inch Android Tablet running a new version of Honeycomb, 3.2. Today we found some more potential details on this update to Honeycomb that was a mystery until yesterday. Apparently, this newer version of the OS is not only optimized for 7-inch tablets, but also adds the following:
- Support for dual-core Qualcomm chips
- A few minor alterations, including a much-needed update to the Movie Studio app
- Bug fixes
- Improved hardware acceleration
Further reports also indicate that this new update may be rolling out fairly soon to all other Honeycomb devices, and the Xoom may be getting it within a few weeks.

Really?? I think releasing any more updates that don't include SD support is only going to damage Moto and Google. Seems like it's the topic you can't get away from, usually brought on by someone who's royally p.o.'d about it. Releasing updates that don't have the SD enabled will only give more reason to doubt the two of em. That's my thinking / $.02 at least.

Yes, all this is wonderful, but without the ability to access external SD card memory it's like buying a car with the trunk welded shut.
