Samsung Vs. Apple; Apple Swing Hard... No More Galaxy S Phones Wanted In America

It seems Apple is not ready to squash this whole “Galaxy S is stealing our design” thing, and just took it to the another level. Today Apple filed a complaint to the US International Trade Commission (USITC) requesting a ban for every Galaxy S phone in the USA. This means all types of Samsung's first generation Galaxy S phone; the Captivate, Fascinate, Infuse 4G, Galaxy S 4G, the QWERTY droids Intercept and Transform, and the Galaxy Tab and Tab 10.1. Speaking as a person that has owned a Galaxy S 4G and a Galaxy Tab 10.1, Apple needs to chill out and think about how they’re copying other people..
