HTC Calls Apple Out

Lawsuits have become a little too common in this day and age. Apple seems to be the center of a few of them, but now they’ve finally been called out. An HTC executive was quoted saying that “HTC is dismayed that Apple has resorted to competition in the courts rather than the market place.” This is a serious accusation. HTC is saying Apple isn’t doing much innovation anymore, but are now just playing catch up, and trying to push out the competition using the courts. HTC is really cutting deep with this statement, yet it rings true.

About time someone said it. Good for HTC for stepping up and saying how it really is. Apple isn't what it was just a few years ago. Fat and happy is no way for a tech company to be.

+1 I concur. They just mad and HTC will not be bullied. By the way if HTC wins first lawsuit there won't be iPhone/iPad whatever.

Nice to see that I´m not the only one with these thoughts. Finally someone dares to give Apple the attention that they really deserve.
