Apparently, LG is planning on releasing a new slider Android phone with some decent specs in S. Korea soon. According to LG, their new Optimus Q2 Android Phone will be the slimmest and lightest slide-out keyboard equipped phone available. The phone may not be a "flagship" as far as full specs are concerned, but it is no slouch either. Here's a breakdown:
  • 1.2 GHz Tegra
  • 4 inch IPS LCD screen
  • Android 2.3
  • 5 MP rear camera and VGA front camera

For now, the phone is just going to be released in S. Korea, but there are rumors that they plan on bringing the phone to the U.S., and that Sprint will be the likely carrier.
