    Asus Transformer 2 Launching November 7 With Quad-core?


    Asus previously said their quad-core equipped tablets will be shipped by the end of the year, and it seems like they will make good on that promise. The Transformer 2 will be powered by NVIDA's latest quad-core processor has been spotted on a European smartphone site with a launch date of November 7th. This site has the device under the name TF201-1I020A, for £537.85 including VAT. The specs on the site are limited, but the site says the Transformer 2 has a quad-core Tegra 3 processor from NVIDIA, 32GB of storage, 1GB of RAM, a 10.1-inch display and Android 3 Honeycomb.

    Asus' CEO was quoted saying that the tablet would cost $499 when launched by years end, so I'm sure the price above will drop before launch.
